Return Policy for Aiga’s Sewing Services
Thank you for shopping at Aiga’s Sewing Services. We understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. To ensure a smooth return process, please read our return policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- The item must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
- The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Worn or soiled items will not be accepted for a refund.
- Please ensure you download, complete and return your item with our Refund Form.
- The product is shipped Australia-wide at a flat rate of $22 via Australia Post.
- The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
- Postage costs to return the goods are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking ID to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected by us. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 7days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Items returned without our refund form or that do not meet the criteria mentioned above will not be eligible for a refund.
4. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Please follow the return process and place a new order if you wish to purchase a different item. Thank You.
